*For a smoother experience on both ends, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment*. This allows for pre and post care without rushing or cutting into your treatment, and for your therapist to reset and be ready on time through their day. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule less than 12h before your appointment, please contact us. +12h: no cancellation fees -12h: $50 cancellation fee -no show: full payment taken We understand sometimes things happen.. Parking: Please allow extra time for parking if this is your first time visiting The Wellness Cloud. This area can get very busy at times. The Wellness Cloud is located inside "Blooming Happy Yoga" (Big pink sign at the front). Just walk in! If your therapist is still busy with a client, just wait at the door and they will be with you as soon as possible. -2h free parking on Ruth st, Edith st, Bulwer st, Brisbane place, Robinson Avenue, Lake st. -Pay parking in the street front.
