Where do I park?

There might be free parking at the front of the premises (ask us where to park!), however the space might be taken from time to time. When available, there is 2h free parking on Ruth st, Edith st, Bulwer st, Brisbane place, Robinson Avenue, Lake st, as well as pay parking in the street front, and free parking nearby and around Hyde park if you don't mind walking a couple of minutes!).

Please allow extra time during traffic hours and busy times.

Can I claim my massage?

Unfortunately, we do not provide health fund rebate or HICAPS. You can still receive a remedial massage however it won't be claimable with your insurance.

I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment.

To cancel or reschedule less than 12h before your appointment, please contact us.
+12h: no cancellation fees
-12h: $50 cancellation fee
-no show: full payment non-refundable.

All treatments are prepaid upon booking. 
We understand sometimes things happen.. We are a small local business, please give us plenty of notice if you decide to cancel your appointment. Someone else may be wanting this appointment time.

I am pregnant. can I receive a massage?

Yes! As long as you are over 12 weeks. The Wellness Cloud specialises in pregnancy massage and has all the pillows and support to make you comfortable. Contact us for more info.

It's my first massage..!

That's ok! We are actually quite glad to be your first experience. With over 15 years of experience and care, you are in good hands. But we need to warn you... you may get addicted!

I want to purchase a Gift voucher. What are my options?

Great choice! Everybody likes to receive massages as a present. There are 2 options: E-Gift Cards purchasable on our website under the tab "Gift Vouchers", or our very beautiful Hard Gift Vouchers. Enquire by sending your info's either in the "Contact Us" section, email or message us so we can prepare the perfect present.

I want to redeem my gift voucher. What do I do?

Here's the process:
1. Select "book now"

2. Choose your service or package

3. Select your preferred day and time in the schedule

4. Enter your info and Click on either "Buy a Pricing Plan" (if applicable) or "Pay for a single session", depending on what you would like to redeem.

5. On the right hand side you should see "Add a Promo Code"

7. Enter your voucher number

8. Click "Pay Now" and follow the procedure.
And you should be set!
